- Using another person's identity, login, QR code, NFC token, or access credential without authorization.

4. Membership and Access
- Gym access and digital credentials remain subject to active membership status, business rules, and safety or operational controls.
- Vitality may disable, rotate, or revoke access credentials where necessary for security, expiration, misuse prevention, or account changes.
- Displayed subscription or attendance data is provided for convenience and may be corrected if operational records require adjustment.
5. Fees, Billing, and Renewals
If fees, memberships, renewals, or paid services are offered, you agree to pay applicable amounts under the terms provided to you at the time of purchase or renewal. Specific payment, refund, freeze, cancellation, and renewal rules may be governed by separate membership paperwork, invoices, or local business policies.
6. Health and Safety Notice
Vitality's digital services do not provide medical advice. Any training, wellness, attendance, or profile information made available through the service is for general operational and informational purposes only.
